My service technician was professional knowledgeable, and took care of the problem however, for the scheduling, it was a nightmare for providing information and pictures through the text that they sent me prior to the service technician arriving none of this information appeared to have been passed on to the service tech I had two separate service tax coming one for refrigerator and one for microwave. The refrigerator one went smoothly with the technician able to do the work, but the microwave one did not because the service order after numerous times of explaining to the scheduling people under the warranty that it was a microwave because they kept referring to it as a Range And them assuring me that no we understand it's a microwave and then receiving text messages referring to it as a range and sending them pictures model numbers and again telling him it was not a range but a microwave when the service tech showed up his service order still referred to it as a range and he was unable to repair it or order parts or replace it per the contract because it said it was a range so in a week I will be calling back to the service company to reschedule a repair on the microwave even though this service tech told me that they no longer have parts for this microwave because it's over a year old and they will have to replace it, but he can't put the order in to replace it because it said it was a range so another service tech will have to come out and say oh we can't fix it. It has to be replaced in under the warranty. They will replace it. What a nightmare plus most of the contacts are AI generated on the text messaging and the AI does not understand or is incapable of making the corrections it could just keep asking for the information

Excellent job! Steven took the time to carefully analyze the problem of the front left Burner. And, he solved the problem. He also fixed the handle on the oven warmer. Kudos!

Scott was on time and pleasantly greeted everyone and went right to work. He rapidly diagnosed the problem, pointed out some product flaws and made some product recommendations for future replacements.. We were thoroughly satisfied with the service! Scott was a tremendous help.

Neil called and indicated he would be arriving within a half hour and he did. His attitude and demeanor was very professional. He was thorough in answering our questions on both the Range and the Garbage disposal. He left the area's he worked in clean when he finished the task.
