We live out of state, so communication is essential when it comes to scheduling service technicians. Lewis called, texted and emailed me throughout the process. He needed to order parts for our washer, so he made me aware that we needed to wait on the parts and once they arrived, he'd schedule another call to take care of the washer. I wish all service technicians communicated like Lewis did!

He was not provided the information he needed and we provided at the time of the request. We told them it was a broken belt on the dryer and he didn't have a replacement. The next time he came we hadn't gotten the new belt so wasted trip. Finally got everything done on third trip. Could have been much more efficient with Justin's time
