Called me to let me know will be 1/2 hour behind schedule, he and his colleague showed up at on time, listening what issues of dish washer, performing check the door, running test, made some adjustment and level machine, and installed the cover in the bottom of the door . No more water dripping under door. Thanks!

Chris kept us informed of time for service which we appreciated. However I was told times were from 8-5. Which met a lose of a whole day of work and still was not able to get service until after 5. 4 hour windows are better in my opinion.
