Eddie C was.a personable and thorough technician
Eddie called in the morning to inform me that he would not be at my home until after lunch because he had a heavy schedule of repairs. I received a text early that said he would be at my home between 9 and 10. He called about 15 minutes before arriving. He did a great job repairing my washing machine. He used the parts mailed to me, but that did not fix my washer. He had to change several other parts before it worked properly. It was lucky that he had the necessary parts in his truck. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to fix their washing machine.

Steve got here when he said he would. I'm sure he was tired because I was his 8th and last visit of the day. He pulled it apart, identified the problem, and went out to his service van where he had the needed parts. He had little room to work in. He got the job done and we did a trial load with a wet blanket inside. No more scraping noise. Yea! I would definitely recommend Steve 😊
