Dishwasher Fix
Renford came in for an issue that had been prolonging due to a separate company being unable to fix. He was thorough, quick and professional. Appreciate the great service.

6-26-26 was #7 time to repair same issue on my 2-3 yr old Maytag top load washer. Tech. Was knowledgeable, has done this with Sears for many years. It was not tech issue it was machine construction, replacements, issue. It's had whirlpool parts and knock off parts, today name brand parts put on. Home warranty could have bought 3?? Machines for what they've spent trying to fix this washer. And it's come very close to knocking a hole in my wall when getting off balance badly! Avoidance is becoming sears. Sorry, truth hurts. Avoiding replacement

HE WAS AWESOME! He completely broke down our dryer and check EVERYTHING to find out why it was not heating up. He found it. He was not here all day long either. Appreciated his work.

I have no problem with the service that Steven provided in repairing our Maytag dryer. However, the dealings with Sears Repair was something else. We had 6 scheduled and rescheduled appointments because Sears could not coordinate the arrival of necessary parts with the arrival of a service person. In one instance, Steven came back to our house to place the order for the parts and found out on his next scheduled visit that those parts had been cancelled. That meant another week of waiting. Poor communication between the service people and the office and parts department. Something needs improving. I hope not to have to use Sears Repair again.

Daniel was very knowledgeable and willing to show me what was wrong with the machine. He was very polite. He also let me have each part that he took out so I could clean it. And he even gave me a few tips to keep the machine up and running for a few more years.

He walked through all the checks & the machine was okay. He explained what had probably happened & why the machine quit. My unplugging it had cleared the problem. I wish that had been in the troubleshooting instructions.
