Maytag Dryer repaired
James arrived and went right to work on finding the problem with the dryer. After checking the normal items, he took the dryer apart and found the belt had came off the spindle. he cleaned and vacuumed the area and the dryer worked correctly with the blower working as it it suppose to work. James is a true professional and explains the work being completed. I would recommend him to anyone needing a repair completed correctly.

Jim was great!!!. The automated system you use...sucks!!! Cannot talk to a real person at all. Was supposed to come one day and got call their coming but never showed. Then automated system harassed me every day until I rescheduled.

Luis was reliable and had great communication. The company is a nightmare. I felt sorry for the employee and actually offered him a job. There is zero accountability and they never fixed my issue and each service call it was something else. One thing.. next thing… still not working. You can't talk to a live body and the AI is a nightmare. I do not recommend this service company at all! Cheaper to just buy a new washer.
