We are very satisfied! Our dryer started making a squeaky noise that would come and go. It eventually stopped squeaking and the drum stopped spinning so the dryer would not start. We called Sears Home Repair and scheduled an appointment. They were able to come on the same day and repaired our dryer with no problem. They were very professional and courteous. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain the problem and show me exactly what was wrong. They had the part needed on their truck so we didn't have to wait. They were able to repair the dryer at a fraction of the cost to replace the dryer with a new one. I would highly recommend Harvey and his associate, and would also recommend anyone check out their home warranty services. It's unbeatable!

He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was out here the 1st and 3rd time and did such efficient work. The guy who came on the 2nd visit was here 10 min orderd a bunch of parts that took over a month to get here and were not even necessary... think he was just trying to avoid fixing it. Mike ended up fixing it without needing any of thr additional parts! Mike is fantastic!!
