Fridge not fixed
While he arrived on time and installed the part, he did not do what was necessary for the part to work properly. While this part was not functioning, the vent between the freezer and fridge that cools the fridge got all blocked with ice condensation. This was not addressed. The fridge still cannot cool due to this. This is like a surgeon doing a heart transplant, and leaving the operating room with the patient's chest wide open after installing the heart, and saying he's good to go. No. My fridge is NOT GOOD TO GO!!! Now I have to take MORE time off to sit around and wait for someone to return amd complete the job. Not acceptable!!!!

washer still not working
the washer wash the clothes but the spin cycle isn't removing the water entirely: Tech stated more parts need to be ordered

Wasted service call
I asked for a repair to replace a broken belt on m our dryer. I gave the model number to the AI voice on the phone. Was promised a service person would come the following day with the part. Service person arrived, went out to his truck for the part, and did not have it. SP told me it would be a 'special order ' belt and cost $250. I declined to do that, after the AI had told me to expect a replacement belt INSTALLED would likely cost close to $120. Within two hours of calling a local (not Sears) repair company they came out and installed the part. The charged $50 for the dryer belt and with install the bill vccame to $200. I reported this to my credit card company and advised them to reject the charge from Sears.

Very Late
Arrival window was supposed to be 8am-12pm. Arrived at 2pm. Will not use them again.

Angel was courteous and professional but could not fix my problem. Sears as a company is absolutely terrible! Appointments from 8 am to 5 pm???? This is ridiculous. Should be either morning or afternoon and not blocking all day!!!! Don't want Sears in my house anymore and will let AHS know!

Not helpful
Not helpful. Tried to tell me the control Panel for as still available dishwasher that was bought less than 2 years ago was no longer available then said the other part that needed to be replaced costs 100 more than a brand new dishwasher then tried to sell an extended warranty to get a discount on parts. It was really a ploy to sell a dishwasher or a warranty. Will not trust Sears again

fixed 1 noise now have a different noise
I have unbalanced drum, the dryer is now making a new noise, and he said the vent hose had a hole in it. The hose was fine, and I had to hook it up. Now taking more time off from work for another repair appointment. very frustrating
