Work on washer and dryer
Confused, explanation does not make sense. It does not make sense tha a load of underwear should take an hour and forty five minutes to dry and a load of jeans forty five minutes. You would think that the jeans might take a little longer than the underwear. I really did not understand any thing that he said.

Dryer repair
Shane was unable to fix our dryer. He needed parts that could cost anywhere from 200.00 to 500.00 and said he would have to talk to his boss about whether they wanted to finish the job or not. Something in the electrical panel was causing the machine not to work. We were to have an appointment between 8 am and 5 pm. He showed up right after 5pm. Made my husband mad and he had given up his whole day just waiting.

Dryer Service under Warranty
Steven was an excellent technician, very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had he had the opportunity to talk to me in advance or if the person who made the appointment had logged the correct information that I told him about what was happening, I might not have had to have the appointment with the service tech. If this is the new process of handling client services for Sears Warranty Service, it is not done as well as it should be for your customers. Very cumbersome and inefficient. The process of making the appointment and on being able to track the arrival time is very inefficient, was confusing with conflicting information provided on email communications, and extremely frustrating that I could not have the option to talk to a person to verify the correct mobile # was being used for text messages and to follow up with the conflicting schedule info provided on emails received the day of the appointment. I'm not sure I will continue to use the Sears Warranty Service given this recent experience. But kudos to your Tech, he was great!!!

not happy
so the kid came out cleaned out the blower motor and put it back together and started it and it ran, so I did some laundry and dryed the first load and went to dry the second load and it is making the clicking sound in the back of the dryer which he did not take off to check that part and now it is clicking loudly again and will not stay running. Also when I tried to push the button it did not start and I smelled burning smell.

Ok
Not super happy. This is 3rd repairman sent & I can only hope it's actually properly fixed now. All repairmen were polite, just don't understand why it takes 3 of them to fix one issue.

Washer repair
Very dissatisfied with appointments getting rescheduled multiple times. This repair started back in mid July and recently got resolved(I hope). There is no customer service number to actually talk with a representative. Took several visits to fix washer. The last visit I was told it needed a pump for washer and it did not apparently. The two gentlemen took the pump with them, but yet I received a receipt stating that the pump was replaced for my washer. Seems like there is no consideration for the customers time! I am ready to cancel this contract as soon as possible.

Repair man
He seemed to have an attitude when he came in. He made several unnecessary comments. Which upset me so I became defensive. He told us the problem was a shoe under the machine. When my daughter in law said what kind of shoe was it. He sarcastically said one that goes on your foot. I felt like he was talking down to me because I said the first technician didn't fix it.

Poor customer service
Service Agent would not let me clean a food spill from the inside glass of the door he was repairing while it was disassembled. After pleading with him to let me wipe the glass with vinegar and water before he put it back together, I could only half clean it..as he complained about the smell as I was trying to clean it. I thanked him for letting me attempt to clean it. After it was repaired and assembled, it was obvious it was not clean. He observed this, wet a paper towel and wiped the outside of the door. Such poor customer service. I would have paid him to clean it but he had such a poor attitude about it. The only way to clean it is to take apart the door again. I cannot pay for a service call just to get that glass cleaned.

Administration
Well it was a terrible experience. At first it took forever for them to find a technician close enough to where we are located. He came order a part didn't said anything else just said that he was going to order a part. Part arrived he came back and said that warranty wasn't going to cover because there were roaches in the washer. I told him that we have a pest control contract and that they come to our facility to spray once per month. He said that we will have to talk to somebody else. Didn't have information of who to call just left. I ask the ladies that are in charge of laundry if they have seen roaches in the laundry room and they said no. So our washer didn't got fixed.

My wife was the primary person dealing with the service technician, once he entered our home. She showed him where the dryer was located and explained the problem we were having with it. When he did not immediately find a problem he told her and she let him listen to the recording on her phone, of the noise it was making. He then said that he knew what to repair and thought he had the parts in his truck. She had to leave to go pick up our grandson from school and told him that I was a paraplegic and that I was in the back bedroom, if he needed me. While she was gone, he left without talking to me or leaving a note to tell us what he did. I tried all the phone numbers I had for him and your service, all I got were automated messages and a message box that was not set up. I had to contact American Home Shield to launch my complaint, the dryer is not working properly. We had clothes in it for over an hour and they still were not drying. Also my wife tried to converse with the technician several times and he appeared to be hard of hearing.
