He did NOT clean the lint from the dryer but pushed it through to the outside. This allowed the breeze to blow it away

The tech. was very friendly and courteous... however, he wasn't aware that I have a membership plan. He should have read the notes from the Spring visit before arriving. Had he done that he would have read that the tech who checked my AC on 5/22/24 wanted the AC rechecked in the fall due to a possible refrigerant leak. I had forgotten this and expected the tech who came on 10/28/24 would have read the previous notes and arrived knowing exactly what the situation was....he did not. Now I don't know if the leak is still ongoing and if I will have to pay for a tech to come back and recheck it. The AC is still working fine and probably will survive until next summer. I would feel bad to ding the tech guy from yesterday since I don't know if it's a company policy to read notes from a previous visit....if it's not a company policy it should be. I will rate the tech guy a 4... but he should have been aware of what hewas walking into.

My only concern / complaint was that there was no call to indicate that Habibullah was on his way. I work from home, so I wasn't prepared when he arrived and was on a work call. Otherwise, he was very nice and seemed to both machines cleaned.
