Haymarket, VA, June 2024At the beginning his demeanor was very different than at the end. I think it was because he thought I was recording him halfway through but I was just holding the phone to my chest as I have severe nerve damage. Regardless even though we became so at friendly at the end that was his start he did not want me to come out and watch him and when I did he claimed it was all fixed and done and wanted me to sign it before he even checked the pressures or took it apart. I refuse until he did the work and then I came out there with the phone to my chest just because it hurt my hand and I have serious nerve damage as recently diagnosed by John Hopkins hospital. He then proceeded at my request to try to check the pressures but he didn't as he wasn't sure what was wrong with his equipment he said but it didn't show any pressures. He then hooked it to the second machine and it didn't show any pressures. Therefore he couldn't have shown any of the work done in the beginning when he wanted me to sign the fact that there had been done. He said this was because of the system the way the system signs the software but that hasn't happened in the last 12 years so I don't know. Maybe this offer has changed in last 12 years but he was successful and having me sign it after he thought the recorder was on or at least I think he did I can't prove that was a case. I signed it after each machine as best I could. My hand was shaking. After he finished checking the second machine that the pressures worked and got that working you change it to the first machine and then all of a sudden the pressure was able to be measured. He said at 72° anything over 100 is acceptable. I don't know that that's true or not but I do know that the last person that was here said there was a leak in the second valve and needed to be checked in very hot temperature is to see the pressure causing the condensation on the valve. At least that's what I remember. He was a very informed and smart person working on my ac.

Van Buren Township, MI, May 2025My scheduled time was 8 to 5. I got no communication during the morning or early afternoon. I started to call the company then I get an email saying that he would be there for him 3 to 6. Well I had already blocked off 8 to 5 I think nine hours is a little excessive when he did arrive. He did not call First nor did he call ever and he was about to leave when my daughter ran out and caught him. He was at my house a total of five minutes and told me my air conditioning was fine. I don't believe he did a full inspection.

Nashville, TN, May 2025The technician apparently came, but we did not connect. I called him after he left and he return my call, said he went to the front door and knocked, my daughter was home and I was in the back yard but he(Billy) said no one answered the door. He didn't check the back of the house, he just took off. He did call but left no message. I discovered his # and did manage to talk to him a little while after he left. He wouldn't come back to do the maintenance check. He said he was not allowed to do that. The technician wrote on the service tkt. 'Not Home' which technically was not true. I was there, in the back yard working in my garden. If he had walked towards the gate, He would have seen me and I would have seen him. He did not. He knocked on the door, he phoned but left no message abd left.

Houston, TX, May 2025This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I requested a dryer lent clean out. The tech arrived to inform me that he did not have the equipment needed for this task. I think he thought he was here for something else, other than the dryer lent clean out. When he opened the machine he stated it looked good to him. I am the customer and I requested this service for MY dryer. He asked if there were any other issues with the machine, I replied NO. He checked the power button, which was fine. I requested a lent clean out, I know everything was fine. After he left, I received several e-mails: #1/e-mail with a signature which stated it was my signature, I did not sign anything and this is not my signature, did he forge my signarure? #2/e-mail payment receipt cost showing maintenance cost (over 650.00) and labor cost (198.00). What was this payment for? The tech did no maintenance and no labor, so what was the cost for? I know my Sears Plan is paying for the service but what service? The tech did NOTHING! If I am misunderstanding the e-mails forwarded to me, I apologize; but if this is what it appears to be then somebody is being charged for something that was not done!!

Afton, MN, May 2025Booked a clean and tune up for my washer and dryer and the technician didn't clean the drum or gasket which was the main reason I scheduled this service. I will not be using Sears again and would not recommend others use this service.

Arlington, VA, May 2025Didn't bring cleaning products to do a washer cleaning. He used our vinegar and ran a clean cycle… was here for about 15 minutes so the cleaning couldn't have been very thorough.
