Knox, IN, February 2024Both guys were great. The only problem I have is that neither had the part I needed on their trucks. The customer support made me give them a detailed description of what was wrong with my dryer. That way the technician could bring the right parts, or at least the parts that they thought it might be. Now I have to wait another week to get it fixed.

Hemet, CA, February 2024Howard came out to help fix my washing machine which had decided to flood my garage. I had explained to the call center when scheduling that we had checked the exterior hoses and none were damaged or had blockages. I shared my thoughts that it may be a seal or interior hose and provided the model number and date of purchase of my washer as well. She told me that the information was very helpful and would ensure the tech had the right parts with them to fix the issue on the day of the call. Howard arrived and quickly got to work trying to diagnose the issue which he quickly determined to be a broken interior water hose. Unfortunately, he did not have the parts with him to fix the issue, nor was there one nearby so he had to order them. The parts should come in 3-7 days, the same time frame they had to order the parts from the day I scheduled to the appointment date. Howard was professional and polite but I took off a star for not having the parts with him. That could be the fault of the call center not giving him the info I provided or some other issue, but regardless, I'm left feeling a bit frustrated over still being unable to wash clothes and having to take more time off work again next week.

Sun Valley, CA, May 2025After having so much trouble scheduling the preventative maintenance appt. Technician came and spend only 15 min. I thought he would remove the leaves, clean the A/C unit but no. Christopher was polite but the service was poor. I was very disappointed since the preventive maintenance is an added expense to the regular maintenance agreement.

St Petersburg, FL, May 2025Preventative maintenance is always been a clean machine and check everything to make sure it's in good working order for another year. There was no vacuuming or even emptying the filter for the washer out. After the technician left, I checked the filter in. It was filthy which means he didn't know preventative maintenance on the washer except maybe turn it on and off quickly. The only thing he did for preventative maintenance on the stove was leveled it out as I requested. There was no checking of the heating elements. What is preventative maintenance? Has the terminology changed over the years to? We don't do anything as long as there are no problems until the problems come because we did not clean the machines. Not really happy with the new Sears company And I've been with this plan forover 20 years.

Detroit, MI, May 2025The communication between the office the customer & the tech is not good - we agreed on repairing my 2 lawn mowers at the same time - we agreed twice and after what is now 3 visits only one is done / sears did not register I had all the parts but I did / then I was given a second scheduled date that I did not know about - the customer should be told the first visit is not for repairs but to collect payment & order parts only / it's takes 2-3 / 4 visits now for me to get this done & I have to take off work to do so @ pricey too
