Mehrdad was very polite, diplomatic and explained things well. However, he said he'd never seen a machine that didn't go into the high speed spin, and he thought it probably would be ok after I washed a small load. (Mine is a smaller size front loader.) It has continued to not go into the high spin.

I don't remember this technician ever being so agitated and focused on speaking quickly and being distant. I don't know if he had to go to the bathroom or just got over Covid or what but something isn't right with him emotionally right now and he's never been that way before. I believe he took good care of me and that's what matters the most, but dealing with him for the first time ever was very uncomfortable. He was very agitated.

The technician was good however I am dissatisfied with a couple of items. Payment is taken first before work is completed ??? I paid for a bundle service price with the understanding that all my kitchen appliances including my cooking range and range hood would be serviced but the technician says only one appliance can be serviced. I have the Sears protect warranty but the technician is not able to perform any repair and I now need to pay $100 to put in a repair request for my refrigerator. Feels like a double charge . Pay for warranty , pay for maintenance, then pay deductible for repair for the same products??? Too much paperwork and way too many signatures for a single service order. Javad
