Walter is great. He found a piece of plastic in the water pump and tightened a hose clamp. This the reason for PM's. Little things fixes so that they don't become big things. He arrived on time, Appearance was good. He is an asset to the company. He also completed the PM on my stove. I believe in preventive maintenance. Thank you and God Bless. Be safe.

I would think that an annual maintenance feature for safety and prevention on a dryer would be to vacuum the dust out of it to prevent fires. 🔥 The technician did a very good job with a good attitude.
