Chris was able to identify the problem without coming to see it and gave us an estimated cost of repair. Since the compressor was no longer covered under the 10 year warranty (purchased in 2014), we decided to go shopping for a new refrigerator. He was very helpful and saved us both the time and expense of the service call. Thanks
