This man is ruining your reputation. We've always had good results from your company but not this time. He broke the lid using a hammer to check out our washer. He ordered a new one, couldn't come to replace it when promised because his truck broke down. He came back almost 2 weeks later. We told him the main problem was not resolved. He said we needed a new agitator. We agreed, he was supposed to order and install it on February 28.We have not heard from him. He's not answering our calls. We can't believe he is part of your repair service. Isn't the company responsible for repairmen's vehicles? We are very disappointed. Today you had me on hold for over an hour after I spoke to your "virtual" assistant. You all need humans to work there! This is the last time we use your service.

The service tech was night.The only problem was is they left a mesh for my husband to clean up after this repair was done. Also I did notice that there was some damage done to the dryer during repair. Cart we're not replaced proper. Now I need them to come back to repair what was damaged and fix what was not repaired proper. I'm really disappointed on the mess they left behind.I had a wipe the whole washer dryer down from fingerprinting grease.

Arrived @9:15am. He was cordial and asked what we needed for him to check out. He was called for servicing our 2007 lawn tractor mower. Blades changed & oil change, check oil & air filters. He changed blades & changed oil. He did what was asked &I felt confident in his knowledge of lawnmower mechanics. I thot there was a 21 point inspection of servicing. He didn't leave a receipt of work done or total bill paid by credit card.
