Vish was the BEST repairman we have ever had in our home !! He joked around with my wife and me and made the visit most pleasant! He knew EXACTLY what needed to be done to fix our microwave!! We hated to see him leave !!

The AI program to schedule service exclusively with no option to speak to a human being; shortage of service technicians and over promising service is awful. Apparently, the profit motive and risk of losing customers outweighs the decision to not hire personnel to talk to potential customers. Once Bruce arrived, the 3d attempt for Sears to schedule someone because of "due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot keep your service appointment today" notices sent after previous notices of delayed arrivals…., he seemed to competently diagnose appliance problem, although he did not send me photos taken to support explanation; still waiting for them. Since I never received texts or phone calls from Bruce regarding status of his arrival, I am unable to ask him to send me photos. The Sears trademark and reputation are suffering with the poor quality of these service operations.

But, your text site needs to be clearer. I waited at home for a technician to come on the 13th, and it wasn't until 5pm when I called to find out why he hadn't arrived, that I found out the appointment had been canceled.

They checked that the microwave was working before they left, the first time they had to order another part because it was still not working correctly.

Jaime did a great job in diagnosing and installing the needed part to repair my freezer which was producing large rocks of ice that formed into glaciers. As of today regular ice cubes have formed and fell into the ice pan with no rocks of ice or glaciers to be seen. I appreciate both technicians, namely Jaime and Ned that came on different days to order and install needed parts to repair my refrigerator and get it properly working. Thank you both.

First they send over a technician for the estimate. Who was there maybe 20 minutes. I had to buy parts which took a few days to arrive/ had to pay for the service BEFORE the actual repair was performed… that should NEVER be a thing. Made me feel uncomfortable and that maybe I was getting ripped off. Then My appt time changed from last Friday 6/6 because they couldn't send someone. I had to call customer service to until I spoke directly to a human and not some bot to complain so they were able to make sure on Wednesday 6/11 it would get done. Kurtis however was truly knowledgeable and was able to fix my dryer door (hindge) and did take his time to make sure his work was done properly. Very kind man! I do not fault him for what happened previously, however I am truly disappointed. I had to take time off work to wait around for two separate days. Just be careful. I am weary of using this company again.
