You (Sears) initially sent someone else here to do this job. He did damage to my house and was extremely unprofessional on top of three his metal tool chest on my tile flooring and screamed at me at the top of his lungs and wouldn't stop!! Then he left in the middle of the job leaving me with one a c unit that was broken! The two guys it's taken forever for me to finally get you to send replacing the other ones after I was told I had to accept them coming back!! They fixed the problem with the incorrect breaker they had left and replaced the broken compressor on the brand new a c unit! I'm furious at sears for everything you have put me through and want to speak to someone to compensate me for all the damage done and compensate me for how I was treated not only dragging this out for one entire year to finally get my a c up and running! I've paid for sears master protection plan for over 20 years!! I'm furious that I've been treated like this!!!
