Gave it a good try
Although Robert was unable to find the issue with my refrigerator he gave it his best effort. He checked all the inside parts to the refrigerator. Hopefully the issue has been resolved.

Johnny is wonderful! He explained everything so we could understand what was going on with our Maytag washing machine. We knew exactly what it would cost, and there were no surprises. Johnny told us he has been working for Sears for over 44 years! They are lucky to have him! If we need further repairs on any of our appliances, we will request Johnny!

Technician very thoughtful in listening to problem encountered in whirlpool washer that is less than two years old. Did troubleshooting and ordered correct part that came in mail one day before day of appointment. Technician was helpful in making suggestions about a plumbing situation and made a positive experience out of a less than positive situation on this fairly new appliance purchase.

My service person was Angel & he was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly, & quality work. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for my GE dryer. Angel fixed it but GE required my part be purchased from wherever & it was plastic garbage with a 30 day warranty. Thankfully, it didn't fit properly so Angel ordered me a replacement part FROM GE…that did the trick but only has a 90-day warranty! If GE knows their stuff won't last, how about making a better product?! Thank you Sears & Angel!!
