Noberto's service was excellent, I'm just upset that Kenmore does not make parts to fix a 3 1/2 year-old refrigerator. I think it's disgusting that it cost more to fix a refrigerator than it does to buy a new one and you end up having to buy a new one because there's no parts to fix the one you have. I will never buy a Kenmore again.
