ONCE AGAIN STOVE NOT FIXED!
I have now had Sears (and their subcontractors) here to fix my stove top several times and one of two things happens every single time… 1…The technician states he knows what's wrong and orders a hunch of parts… The parts then arrive and NO ONE CALLS TO SCHEDULE A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT. I reach back out and schedule another appointment to have the ordered parts installed! 2 - When the next technician arrives to install the parts or ordered by the previous he tells me he can not repair because they do not work on 48 inch range's…I HAVE A DOMESTIC 48 inch KITCHENAID RANGE…IT IS NIT A PROFESSIONAL OR COMMERCIAL PRODUCT!!! Every time I schedule an appointment I provide the model and serial number…Why is it very technician so surprised when they are the range??? TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!!! I pay my monthly premium every month and I pay my additional $100 deductible ever time I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!!! At what point will SEARS hold up their legal obligation to either repair nor replace my range???

2 Repair Visits and Problem Not Solved
Technician came to repair oven...without his Truck and with No Thermometer!! Unprepared to say the least. Installed 2 sensors and left with no way to determine the temperature! I have very Low Expectations of these technicians. 2 visits and same problem exist! Tech couldn't ck one thing without a thermometer! Not a good look and a total waste of time. While Tech was at my house, I got a phone call notification of Tech coming tomorrow and the message was a day late! Where is the professionalism Sears used to have! Very Incompetent!

Repair of a Maytag gas range.
The faulty gas valve on my smallest burner was successfully replaced, but the fine adjustment is not quite right. I need to be able to turn the flame down until it is nearly out. As it is, the flame is still too hot to put my Health Craft cooking pot on the lowest flame available.

Oven/stove not fixed
I'm dissatisfied with the service I received. Having to pay for something and not have the proper service shouldn't be acceptable. My oven/stove still has not been fixed properly. I have scotch tape that the technician put on corners to hold a part up on my oven. Overall this experience today was horrible with the fact that my oven has yet to be fixed and I have to pay for a service like this. I hope I can get further assistance.

Unhappy
Is the sixth day I have taken off work to wait for one of your employees to come to my house for a scheduled appointment no one has shown up on the third time someone came up over and said hey your dishwasher is broken. We need to order parts I have now stayed home again. No one has shown up again today. I understand that they have until 5 o'clock to show up today, but I'm getting this message saying please tell me how your service tech did and no one has come to my house yet I am a very unhappy customer at this point in time I would like my dishwasher fixed. It has not worked since April and you guys don't call me. Don't talk to me and don't show up.

GE oven leak gas , under Warrenty.
The technician did not detect the leak gas at the oven . One part at the bottom of the oven had a crack and gas leak. I detected it with soap water and temporary fix it with loctite. I need a new part. I took a picture of the crack. If we keep on using the oven with a leak gas, the house would catch fire.

Homeowner
Did not say one word when entering my house-nothing. Changed out thermostat. Did not change the issue. Does not heat from 250° to 375°. Heating element not coming on, kept saying the word recycling. Said I would have to have An oven thermometer. Problem not resolved. He packed up and walked out the door without saying he was leaving, no goodbye, no thank you, not a word-Same as when he entered the house. I followed him outside and ask his name. He said Cody and got in his truck and left. He was in such a hurry, he left his meter on the counter. He left so fast, I could not catch him. Don't know if he had to go to the restroom, to take meds, or had a reason to get back home. I did buy an oven thermometer. The oven is heating 25° below indicator. Yes, I did preheat for 30 minutes. Yes, I did adjust the back of the dial. If there was a rating for zero, I would have given that to Cody. Very unprofessional. Very unpleasant.

Lousy
Waited 2 months for service person to come to our home to fix stove and parts were at my home for 2 months. Finally repair man comes to fix oven and now I am told that one of my pilot lights is not working and cannot be fixed. Will report this to the BBB assp
