The job has finally been completed after 4 visits from Sears. Not a good look. Especially each visit I had to be available for 4 hours. My time has value too. Additional, the service person left several cardboard boxes in my house. That should not be my responsibility to get rid of them. I am offended by that lapse in responsibility. I am seriously thinking of whether I should continue with this insurance policy and then if it's worth it

Daniel called when on the way; I told him what time I take lunch and he got here just when my lunch started. He couldn't replicate the issue though. Said I need an electrician to check out everything. Electrician thinks he found the problem. When the stove was hooked up the sears installer didn't remove the bridge. The bridge is only used when connecting a 3 prong. Mine is 4.

Issue wasn't found, during the 20 mins Tech was at residence, was advised to record if same issue arises so another appt can be scheduled… when convection oven in use & door was opened to check items baking, fan sounded like it was scraping front panel or fan loose

The technician was on time and thorough With his work, the only problem I had is when he bent over to fix the oven the crack of his behind was exposed, and it didn't seem to bother him to pull up his pants.

Having the service routed phone calls to India not worth the dime they do not know what they're doing. Thank God for the servicemen. you should be grateful having technician like Kevin and Eddie.They are one of the finest. They know what they're doing. You must change your system on letting the technician know what's going on. with the merchandise

William let me know when he was coming. He told me what was wrong and ordered the part. However, I didn't get a call about arrival on the appointment day. He never came. Your office assistant is terrible. I wanted to get info on when I could expect him back. Reaching a person was nearly impossible. When we did, the foreign lady was apparently at home with many children screaming in the background. I won't use your services again, even though William was super.

Customers should know that this person does not like dogs so they can keep their dog away from him. The first time he came he said "she got right in my face." (He was on the floor in front of the stove.) The second visit we shut the dog away. He was singing and talking to the stove. He called it a monster. I thought his humor was excessive.

Well he was a little unprepared. Arrived and said he only had one switch and needed to go to Raleigh to pick up another. Thought he would be finished by a certain time from initial arrival. We had to readjust our plans for the day. He was very pleasant and respectful
