I do not blame this on your technician.  I blame this on your work order system.  Why did I have to set up a time block, explain what the issue was, include the model and serial number of the stove I was onto have repaired, only to have the technician show up 4 hours before his scheduled time, and ask me the same questions I answered online prior to his arrival???  You need to address the lack of communication with your technicians so that have more than my address and phone number.  Unfortunately, I will look elsewhere for any future repairs I may need in the future.
