Mr. Fix-it
Problem with our oven door. The handle was loose and there was no way to tighten it from the outside. We contacted A& E Factory Service through our warranty program and they were able to get confirmation immediately . We had an appointment in two days and were very fortunate to have Thomas show up in the early afternoon.. He was able to take care of our problem within a half hour. He was very efficient and courteous. No muss, the fuss.
