He doesn't listen about everything about all problems about the dryer. For 4 years I've had the same problem he never listens I don't want him back . He told my sister we should put down her Dog.

Stove Issue

My first experience with Sears Home Warranty and it was very poor. Maybe it wasn't the technician fault but rather the insurance fault that nothing got repaired despite being repairable.

Repair was unable to be completed

Jeremy was very nice and fixed a small issue but he hasn't been trained on the new GE appliances and A&E does not have the tools to do the job. So, he had to leave the main problem unfixed and said he'd call GE to get them out here. 3 business days later I haven't heard from anyone and I can not reach anyone but an automated voice to figure out when my oven will be fixed.

Technician needed help!

The technician was unable to complete the repair without my help. He also stripped a screw by trying to force it, and wanted to replace it using a smaller screw. Luckily my neighbor who is a machinist was able to re-thread the stripped stud. I had to watch over and assist with the installation of the oven door glass, and didn't feel confident in the repairman's capabilities.

Replace bottom element in oven

Technicians never have parts on their trucks. There is always a wait and another visit. Technician charged an additional fee to fix a burner on the stove. That same day it stopped lighting.

Questionable repair

This is the second person to work on the stove. The first person resent the fuse and ordered parts - new fuse and fan for confection option. After the first repair no issues, stove worked fine. After this second repair, the stove now hums. Reached out to A&E to set up an appoint was advised this may may be an additional issue. How? No issue after the first repair now an additional issue?

No communication

Both staff walked in . I was on the phone and told them to wait. They continued to do what they needed to do without communication. I was working and I was interrupted. No courtesy or manners. At the end they left . The main person came back in and said everything was done. Did not test it with me or anything. I know they already had a concept of my family but the professionalism should not be determined on assumptions.
