My oven was shutting off when I opened the door. I had 2 visits by Rodney as he ordered a part and came by install it. He was unhurried in his investigation and installed the part. I used the oven to ensure it was working properly. Rodney called about 2 hours later to confirm it was working. He provided great customer service.
