Eduardo called and let me know when he would be arriving and met that time. he was clean, and got right to work we talked about the problems I was encountering and Eduardo answered all my questions. I would recommend Eduardo again, knowledgeable and considerate. BUT he was unable to get the the parts for this 10 year old range to fix it I am very disappointed with GE for discontinuing the components my wife and I took very good care of this range it looks brand new. I wont buy another GE appliance unless it has a 20yr warranty

After a bit of a mixup in service scheduling, Shane made some quick adjustments to deal with our oven. Our thanks for that. Sadly, the oven was irrepairable due to parts obsolescence and will have to be replaced. Hence the review title above.

Hermon was the third Sears technician to come and try to figure out the problem with my brand new GE range/oven! After a couple of hours and taking the thing apart, he got it to work! Just in time for Thanksgiving!

Jake was nice. I gave my information and history when this was set up. Waited over a week and stayed home from work. Then told there was nothing they could do. Waste of Jake's time and mine. To top it off my brand new expensive oven sits and can't use.
