The technician installed both sets of ordered parts and had to get one final part, which he got from the local warehouse and saved us waiting on the part to be delivered. He also answered various questions that I asked and explained in a way that was easy to understand.

I had called in for an issue with my new oven. John came and not only solved my problem, but patiently answered my questions and alleviated my concerns. John's visit saved my oven investment and gave me piece of mind. While I hope I don't need John's help any time soon, I would recommend John and booking him through the online service.
