Donald was great. He was knowledgeable and prepared and finished the repair within 20 minutes of arriving at our home. Zero complaints about him or his work. 

My complaint lies with whoever schedules the technicians because I was told the service double booked my first appointment (notified at 1pm, with 4 hours left in my reserved window for arrival) and then they pushed the appointment two weeks for a repair that takes less than 20 minutes. Really feels like they cancelled my first appt prematurely and left me without the use of my oven for a month.
