James explained causes for the problems I was experiencing and was very thorough in checking out and replacing various parts for, hopefully, years of future use. Vacuumed lint from inside the dryer that may have been scorched and a possible fire hazard. I would recommend his expertise.

The two guys that came here wert great guys they both were very professional they explained to me what they were doing however after they left the washer was doing the exact same thing. I coul have just bought another washer but they said they knew what the problem was and could fix. Call back and they are sending them back out today. If they can't fix the problem o would like my money refunded.

Casey showed up quickly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly communicated his analysis and his recommendation. When we made a decision, he quickly began to order the necessary parts. When the parts arrived several days later, he showed up on time and installed them. The washer is now working properly again. Good experience all around.
