Cortez recently visited our home to examine and repair our counter-mounted stove. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. After examining our stove, he said that he would make his recommendations to either find the necessary parts or have the stove replaced (it's over 35 years old). Sears just informed us that they would be shipping a new stove to us for installation. We're very pleased with the service provided by Cortez and Sears.

Parts took too long to arrive. I could had them delivered over night. Multiple appointments rescheduled. Extremely disappointed in the AI communication not being informative or flexible.

Paul was very knowledgeable, resourceful and attemptive. Took care of a problem that has lasted almost 8 wks between scheduling services but with no show of servicemen and when they did -"Donald"-couldn't do anything without an assistant that he supposedly had requested but didn't show. Finally Paul B helped us.
