Angel was great.
He was on time, efficient and nice. The only negative part is with the warranty portion itself. The entire unit has been replaced one part at a time. The warranty service could have purchased a new cooktop cheaper than parting it out piece by piece. Once again tho, Angel was great!

Tadd is a real pro. He arrived when he said he would and did what he could to address the issue. He advised me that the part I likely needed hasn't been available for at least 5 years. The range is over 20 years old. It was worth a shot. I will not hesitate to use Sears Service again.

Peace of Mind
Thank you to Brian for the great service! He was professional and he was knowledgeable about my cooktop. He is an expert. Sears has always been my go-to for tools, equipment and my appliances. But the Sears Home Service dispatch in the Philippines is the worst I have ever experienced. I was supposed to get a 15% off coupon with this service call, but they wouldn't honor it. They couldn't get the facts straight and it took 3 service appointments to get my cooktop repaired. I ordered all parts through Sears parts direct. They were OEM parts and were verified. Thank you Brian for elevating the Sears reputation!
