Michael was fantastic and able to work with both me and my mom when I was out of the house. Sears was able to get a replacement rack for the dishwasher in just under a week, which was a hugely impressive turnaround compared to previous vendors and warranty providers (the last time I needed a simple part, it took two months). I have no complaints.
