James did not find anything wrong with our fridge. He assured us that the water filter could not be the source of any odor, and that our fridge does not have an air filter. The only thing we need to do is to replace the box of baking soda regularly. There is actually nothing to be fixed. He was on time, courteous, pleasant and has a great sense of humor.
