Cooktop Issue Finally Resolved?
Nasser provided very timely service during his inspection of the issue with the stove cooktop that is covered by the maintenance agreement with Sears Home Services. He provided a clear explanation of the cause of the issue and then a clear explanation of the process that Sears Home Services uses to resolve client/customer issues.
