While our tech did a 5 star job our overall experience was poor. We had to wait from Friday when we call until Monday for the 1st service call. We had asked for a morning appt & tech didn't shoe until almost 3 PM. Given the amt of money we pay on the service contract & the amt of yrs we have been customers I would expect better service than that. Also given the info on our problem & knowing the age of the water heater I would expect the tech to have the proper replacement parts on hand when he showed up. Apparently he was sent out without them which meant another 2 days before the repair could be made.

John was outstanding. Took the time to explain the process. Water heater is equipment that should get priority attention. Having to wait one week for a leaky water heater is unacceptable, especially when located on upper floor.
