This is about Alexbut Sears as a whole
Sears came out over. A month ago and said they needed to order parts. Four missed appointments and a month later our ac still hasn't been fixed. Don't use sears they don't care about customers. We live in Las Vegas and have had no air for a month in 100 plus degree heat. You can't talk to anyone as all numbers go to an automated system and when you finally get someone on the phone let's just say you aren't talking to someone in the United States! Stay away!!!!

Technician matt
Demeanor unprofessional he didn't know where the pressure valve was on my water heater, he didn't know anything about the water lines I told him sometimes lines have to be replaced due to corrosion Matt said I had foam in side my water heater, I said no the warranty book doesn't say that I have insulation. Matt isn't educated on water heaters, he need on the job training, he needs customer Serv training, he said ,"what is wrong with you Lady." I'm 62 yoa I thought that was very disrespectful

Bad Service
Well too much to complain... In short the technician that came was not at all customer friendly.. He did explain the issue.. but I told him I need to talk to the home insurance company first cause I had filed a maintenance service call not to repair it .. Which I see there was a confusion about. So the job was not done .

Just sorry
Do not send jerry back to my home, I have paid for technician to come service my air conditioner and the only results I get is that I need to do the work myself because sears don't do it

He was not good at all.
Kory mis-diagnosed the problem with our HVAC system. We waited 3 weeks for Kory to come out & he was here 10 minutes.

Not satisfied
While Daryl was pleasant to speak with, I don't feel my problem was properly addressed. I informally Daryl that the lines had been freezing up, he mentioned that the system is probably low on refrigerant and went to work. After about 30 minutes, he was finished and stated that the system was "a little low". I may not be an HVAC professional, but I do know that refrigerant does not dissipate and "a little low" means that there is a hole somewhere. I asked him if it meant there was a hole in the lines somewhere and his answer was "probably a small one". As if this is normal. Seriously disappointed with Sears Home Services

Not renewing Sears service agreement
Totally disappointed. Technician was not apprised of the issue with flue pipe as discussed with dispatch. Took a lot of photos and left me with no resolution

Air conditioner
The tec came out and did nothing just told me the unit is good even though it mest up my wall inside from it leaking and I told him it's shuts off he saw the damage took pictures but did not not it like he said he would he told me the pass tec did not do they job and clean it like it supposed to be clean he said the whole unit supposed to be out the window it's 24 years old air conditioner and I pay for this for what fir him to tell just buy a new one when u supposed to replace it I will be canceling your service. I'm done with you.

not good
He did not show up on August 3 even though Sears web link all day said he would. Then Choice Home says the heat pump not covered even though it is.

Worthless
This program is worthless. The technicians are not knowledgeable about the products covered. They have come here twice without doing anything. If you want to talk to an actual person on the phone it will take all day. Not to mention the aggravation of getting the runaround. I will not renew my Sears Master Agreement because it is a waste of money. Workers do not know anything and getting hold of a representative is impossible.
