Joseph called with his time of arrival, and beforehand received service schedule updates from first thing this morning. Joseph promptly explained the issue with the water heater, in a clear and easy to understand manner. It was a relief to speak with him after not getting any technical advice through Sears helpline.

Juan inspected our furnace to ensure it is ready for winter. He was very thorough and even provided info on keeping the drain clear. In the many years we've had technicians perform a maintenance check, he was the only one to provide this additional info that will help our furnace to last for many more years.

Always good service for many years. Now I'm told you will not renew my warranty contract after having it and paying for it for many years. Even the technician said: " that is just wrong!" Doesn't make me happy either.
