He called me and asked me was I having a problem with refrigerator. I told him no. I asked him was he going to do. He said probably clean the coils and could I move it forward and was thing's on top. I answered yes to both questions. I asked when I made the appointment what was the maintenance schedule. He stated all he was going to do was clean coils. Said he could show me. I told him I could clean coils. So he never came to house. I thought he would make sure it was running correctly and check temperature and ice maker and install new water filter. I need another technician to come out truly service this refrigerator. Do not send this same guy out here. Need supervisor to contact me or customer service.

This man was horrible. Very rude to us. He tried to sell an extended warranty and told us to lie about weather things were in working order. Also gave me his card and said he did side jobs if we ever wanted him to come back. He was very aggressive wanting us to spend more money to fix this old refrigerator than it would cost to by a brand new one. We asked him to leave. Then he sat in his car out front of our house for quite a while. I have his card for side jobs if you would like it

It has been taking 2 months back and forth visiting by 4 techs but still can't solve the problem of my washer. The parts of the washer have been ordered 2 times and I was told they were not the ones it needs. The techs came and gone 4 times. But no one told me what is going on.

Our Washer is still not fixed. The repairman came by and adjusted the balance underneath the washer. But the vibration and constant pounding during the spin cycle is still broke. The inner tub is very loose and loose. Can a repair person come by and do I need to set up another appointment?

The tech showed up appeared like he didn't know what he was here for so the job didn't get done supposed to call his supervisor that was at 1 o'clock that hasn't happened so his review is the one until something comes up better

Left my laundry room a complete mess with dust from blowing out the line that was a little clogged. Didn't bother telling us that we should remove all items before he started, plus he could have at least shut the door so the dust didn't go out of the room. We are elderly and our ceiling are 10 feet tall. I have to hire someone to clean the top shelves and ceiling. He was in a bad mood when he arrived and mood didn't get much better when he left.

dumped the job once they realized more work had to be done. Man said there was a carbon monoxide leak, turned my heater off. He said he would come back and calibrate. Finally send a text to my wife stating we had to call Sears back and reschedule after talking to his boss.

My thermostat is not working now. it was working before the tech came out. I don't know why the tech can not check it out without me paying for them to come out to check if they did something wrong. I think Sear's service is not helping their customer, but to get all the money they can get from you. I wouldn't say I like the idea they want your credit card number first before they come out to repair.

I specifically requested for someone to come out to disinfect and clean my ice maker and check to make sure everything was good.. The lady on the phone reassured me that they always do a thorough job disinfecting as well as making sure everything is in working order. The gentleman that came to my home was very professional and made sure that everything was in working order. But he explained to me that they DO NOT disinfect or thoroughly clean your ice maker. Disappointed that I was misled and paid money for someone just to clean out the bottom of my fridge underneath the actual fridge and that there was no disinfecting going on. I gave one star only because the gentleman was professional and honest, unlike the lady on the phone.

This was a totally unique experience that has me rethinking my agreement with Sears. I was scheduled for a maintenance checkup between the hours of 1pm and 5pm. The Technician arrived supper early, around 11am -12pm, and expected someone at home. I told him he would have to wait until the agreed time and he made a decision to leave. What baffled me the most was the invoices that followed for work he did not perform. Is this the norm without even checking the equipment I have under warranty? Is this normal practice? I am not convinced that Sears is the right choice for the services I am paying for. Not credible in my honest opinion after this unique experience I've ever encountered.
