My technician was great - showed up on time, was respectful in my home, and took me through what was going on with my washer and how much time I have left on it (which was my main question!). Was happy to pay the money for 1) cleaning and 2) piece of mind that I DON'T need to replace my washer anytime soon.

Alejandro was a joy to meet and have in my home to repair, clean and do maintenance on my appliances. I had every bit of confidence in his work and really appreciate the time and care he gave to them. A wonderful personality wand asked me if I was interested in the yearly home service program which wasn't necessary as I only own two appliances that I own as I am a renter in my place. Alejandro deserves 10 stars for this experience.
