Glendale Hts, IL, March 2025Cornel worked on the central air unit for 2 minutes. I am not confident that it was done thoroughly. He said that the electrical was fine & the pressure could not be measured due to the cold weather. Whatever that means. I hope my central air works this summer. I will say some prayers.

Bethesda, MD, February 2025NO service for three weeks to repair my Range. I took off from 6 days from my job without payment for the scheduled appointments and no technician came to perform the service. This is traumatizing for me as a Master Protection Agreement client for the past 30 years with Sears. I can't use my range to prepare meals for my family, I have to purchase food from restaurants for 3 daily meals. I have made over 30 calls during the 3 weeks and spoke with various Sear's customers service agents out of the United States and they could not get the service needed with the Repair department in the US because NO direct connections, only emails. Sear's has violated my Master Protection Agreement, NO SERVICE FOR 6 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. I need help this situation got me sick.

Hudsonville, MI, February 2025My dryer is still broke. The technician came today. It was really weird the entire time. He was almost rude. Definitely cold and aloof. Spent 30 minutes only. Claimed it was over $600 to fix it. Claimed he did maintenance on the washer but how could he maintenance the washer and try to fix the dryer all within 30 minutes? I had my dog put away. Then kept her on a leash the entire time, and she never barked at him so my dog wasnt the issue. Sincerely hope and pray my family being openly Jewish wasnt an issue. All in all I feel scammed and didnt want to continue to work with this company because I didn't trust the technician to be honest since he didnt seem to do any maintenace or cleaning on the washer which I paid for. No one could try to fix a dryer, diagnose the issue, and perform maintenance and cleaning on a washer in 30 minutes. No one.
