The technician never came. He was expected at 2:18 and then that time changed to about 3:14. Scheduled service was not performed.

NO service for three weeks to repair my Range. I took off from 6 days from my job without payment for the scheduled appointments and no technician came to perform the service. This is traumatizing for me as a Master Protection Agreement client for the past 30 years with Sears. I can't use my range to prepare meals for my family, I have to purchase food from restaurants for 3 daily meals. I have made over 30 calls during the 3 weeks and spoke with various Sear's customers service agents out of the United States and they could not get the service needed with the Repair department in the US because NO direct connections, only emails. Sear's has violated my Master Protection Agreement, NO SERVICE FOR 6 SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. I need help this situation got me sick.

My dryer is still broke. The technician came today. It was really weird the entire time. He was almost rude. Definitely cold and aloof. Spent 30 minutes only. Claimed it was over $600 to fix it. Claimed he did maintenance on the washer but how could he maintenance the washer and try to fix the dryer all within 30 minutes? I had my dog put away. Then kept her on a leash the entire time, and she never barked at him so my dog wasnt the issue. Sincerely hope and pray my family being openly Jewish wasnt an issue. All in all I feel scammed and didnt want to continue to work with this company because I didn't trust the technician to be honest since he didnt seem to do any maintenace or cleaning on the washer which I paid for. No one could try to fix a dryer, diagnose the issue, and perform maintenance and cleaning on a washer in 30 minutes. No one.

The Sears tech came out to remove clothing from under the agitator. He failed to remove the agitator and simply cut the clothing off. He told my father to apply WD-40 to the center of the agitator and then he left. He came back two days later and attempted to remove the agitator but failed to do so and left again. He did not return and I was forced to purchase a new agitator off the internet, remove the old agitator, remove the clothing from around the shaft, and replace the agitator myself. The washer now works perfectly but no thanks to the Sears Home Repair technician. I should have attempted the repair myself to begin with. We are out the $129.00+ service call and I was the person who affected the repair. Will not use Sears Home Service again.

The technician was late by 11 hours. Daniel was supposed to be at our house from 8 am until 5 pm. A whole day's work was wasted and he showed up at 7 pm. He called at 6:25 pm asking if i wanted to reschedule and cancel the appointment. He had reached out at 14:30 saying he was going to be at our house in an hour. Lies, disrespect and laziness… Does anybody want to miss a full day of work, pay and kids activities waiting for Daniel for 11 hours? Besides, stayed 5 minutes here and i have no idea if the maintenance job was done adequately. It is awful and shameful. How about reimbursement for the appliance protective insurance?
