The phone center was great and took my call at like 9 or ten o'clock at night and was very patient and helpful on the phone to get the information they needed for the technician. The texts messages I got to confirm my appointment though needs a little work I answered like I was informed to do by send the number 1 to confirm but it wouldn't do it so I had to call and confirm. Technician was amazing and truly a God sent even though we did not pay to have my parts on my washer fixed he was was able to tell us the problems that would need to be fixed and where to get a new washer if we didn't get the parts to fix the one I have.
