Jeffrey came to my house, introduced herself and let me know what he was here to do. He looked at the water heater. He did what he needed to do. He explained to me that there was nothing wrong with the water heater. Jeffrey was so polite and considerate and I would just like to thank you for the experience of having him in my home.

Andrew was prompt and courteous. He is knowledgable with the product. He gave me a VERY helpful tip when I showed him a frozen spill in the freezer part. He showed me how to remove the tray so I could wash/clean it. Never knew I could do that!!
