Excellent Work
Steve diligently checked over all of our appliances (washing machine, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher). Some of them are vintage, so he told us what to watch for if they begin to fail. He answered questions we had about them and told us how to avoid having issues with the dishwasher and range. He was friendly, efficient and trustworthy. We appreciated his visit and commend him on his professionalism. We have always used Kenmore products and having competent service people is one of the reasons why.
