The best way to give the technician special instructions about your repair call is to add those comments when you set up your repair appointment in the Service Scheduler.
To give the tech information such as the gate code or a dog being in the yard after you've already set up a repair appointment, call our customer service department at 1-802-552-4364 to add special instructions for your repair service call. Have your service order number ready when you make that call so the agent can access your repair appointment and add the special instructions for the technician.
Once added, the technician will be able to see and follow the additional instructions for the repair appointment.
