Our call center agents are available Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:30 PM CST and on Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST. Our agents can assist you with scheduling, checking the status of a service order, rescheduling appointments, and answering any questions about your service.
You can also handle these tasks online at your convenience. You can use our online scheduler to book repair service, with same-day and next-day appointments available in many areas. Just select the time that works best for you. Use our Appointment Lookup tool to check your technician’s estimated arrival time, view real-time updates, or reschedule your appointment to a date that better fits your schedule.
