Great Service
Robert kept me informed while he determined what parts are required. Determined that some parts are not available.
Michael A,
Jasper, TXSuperior service
Had the right tools to remove a bed sheet stuck in the drum. Also took the time to explain the warranty service to me. Unfortunately my washer/dryer is over 10 years old and the warranty is no longer applicable to these machines.

Jose is good service ( en the communication from your office is bad they're promes at service at one time and camin 2 days later
Adrian J,
La Puente, CAExcellent in the end
Manuel showed up today as scheduled after a reschedule due to showing up earlier than the time frame given to me, but he said he sent me a message, but I did not get it. That is possible given the clunky way your communication system works. In any case he evidently found the problem and used an ordered part and had another part on his truck that needed to be replaced. So everything works now.

Lisa C,
Perryville, MOPleased but . . .
I am very pleased with service I received on my washer. I have one observation to share though . . . I was asked for my signature a couple times. It was not explained to me what I was signing. I see now that I signed that I was acknowledging the stains were on the rug . . . Fine! Acknowledging that the machine would need to be moved! Fine! That space is tight with laundry machines. Fine! I know all this. No problem! BUT I was NOT told that was what I was signing. I assumed I was acknowledging that the work was done -- to my satisfaction, etc.
