A good experience all around. Good communication before and during the appointment. Useable information as to equipment condition and what parts would be needed to fully restore performance. All in about one hour. Reasonable charge for the visit and advice.

Tim, our technician, did a superb job of keeping us informed of the status of our claim. He called or texted to make sure we knew what to expect. On the other hand, the automated emails and text messages were not as reliable. If Tim had not kept us informed, we would not have had a good experience.
