Awesome Rrpair Technician / Customer Service Rep Not So Mucj
Speaking to a live Customer Service Rep is near impossible, and when you finally figure out how to work around the endless AI reps, the real ones have very limited resources. The Repair Technician on the other hand was awesome.

The repairman knew exactly what was wrong and ordered the part. Installed in quickly without problem! The main problem was we were rescheduled 3 times. Even after I confirmed each time. It's been over 3 weeks since Sears was here the first time. I'm very disappointed in this!!!
