He is a gentle giant with a sweet soul! So courteous and great about explaining step by step what he was doing. Hopefully my washing machine is fixed after he replaced the hoses and put in a new control board, JD stayed to let washer go through a whole cycle. He asked me to contact Sears if I had any problems.
