Fridge and dryer clean
When the repairman came out to diagnose the problem with my washer, I inquired about appliance cleaning services. After working on my washer, Larry cleaned the lint from my dryer and fridge coils. He was nice and worked quickly. I appreciate the service as it is something that I cannot do myself. Parts had to ordered for the washer, but he has already scheduled his return appointment.

Domingo was great. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The not knowing the time the serviceman is going to arrive (anytime between 8 and 5) is ridiculous and totally disrespectful of the custo-mer's time and schedules. Trying to get through to Sears Home Services by phone is a nightmare. Waiting months for a part they have their Sears parts website is ridiculous.
