John was great but the communication between the warranty company and sears home repair and John was horrible I explicitly asked for my visit to be at the end of the 8 hour window to accommodate my work schedule. I was assured from the warranty company that my request was noted and passed on to Sears Home Service. The first visit was in the middle of the day , I missed the Technician communication with Sears Home Service consist of text messages with Bots And AI Karen , no human contact I managed to cancel and reschedule for the next day again stressing the end of the 8 hour window to accommodate my work schedule the Technician was dispatched first thing in the morning I was the first stop . I cancelled and rescheduled for the next day again expressing for service at the end of the 8 hour window to accommodate my work schedule got confirmation. Explained the symptoms to a AI bot and got confirmation of service call 7/24 then got a text message stating that according to the symptoms I explained Sears had to reschedule for 7/25 because they needed to get the part needed to complete repair. Again I explicitly requested service at the end of the 8 hour window through a AI Karen got a text confirmation that the visit would be between 3-5 7/25 …. 7/24 I got a call from John around 12 pm that he was on his way. Highly frustrated at this point I left work early to meet John.. I could sense his frustration with the situation as well he thanked me for leaving work because it helped him out . All of this occurred in a 3 day period entirely too long and very unnecessary. Communication needs to be improved between the three entities This was a horrible experience for me and at this point I would not recommend anyone to Sears Home Services
