Water Softner
Although technician was very friendly, he went into the basement with no tools, no tests, no paper work. He said the water softener was working good and the water was fine. He had nothing for us to sign!

Scope of service
The service task consisted of temperature reads only. My recollection of an annual maintenance check in the past included a more comprehensive inspection of the mechanical workings including cleaning if needed.

Washing machine repair
Robert installed the parts that had been ordered by a previous technician. After he left we washed 2 or 3 loads and the machine stopped working again. Another technician came on Mon. March 25 and made additional repairs and left. The machine did not make it through the first load of clothes before it stopped working again. I have tried to get someone back out here but have met a stonewall at Sears. I tried to book another repair online but it required a deductible which I have already paid so I cancelled that request. There is a part ordered and scheduled to be installed on April 2 but that is a part to replace a part damaged during the previous repair. That part is for external damage and has nothing to do with the working of the machine. It is cosmetic damage and does not relate to the working of the machine. As it stands not I am being forced to wait until April 2 to get a technician back out and he will then probably have to order additional parts and further delay any final repair. My machine has been out of service since March 7 and as it now stands likely won't be looked at until April 2 and if new parts have to be ordered it will extend even further the time my machine will have been out of service

Not much done
Since dryer was working today after not heating earlier repairman did not replace the hearing element!!! He said he's not allowed to do such! Don't know how to react. He said if it quits working altogether we could call again. We still have the part in box!

Did not fix the problem
I got the visit of a nice gentleman, but he did not fix the problem. He just complained about the product. He is a nice person, but I am totally disappointed with the final result. Still have the same problem

This technician knew his job, but he wasn't that friendly. It's probably just his personality.

Now ice won't come out.
Marvin was a very nice and respectful service tech. He explained the problem and reset the ice maker. It's making ice but the dispenser will not allow the ice to come out. I need to have this part fixed and I don't want to wait another week and a half, nor should I have to pay another fee. Please advise.

Sears Tech was terrific. He explained everything he was doing to repair my dryer and when he left the dryer was as good as new. Thank you, Juan.

Washer repair
Kern was very nice and seemed to know what to do and was professional and polite. He ordered and later put in a replacement part. However, the first load I ran after he left still had the same problem of not draining.
